Marriage for all!

Kaya halina at magpakasal sa inyong minamahal sa UPLB BABAYLAN booth sa February fair!
We will honor your privacy. :)

Congrats sa mga bagong kasal!

Hanggang sa February 17 (Friday) na lang ito!

=======

UPLB Babaylan firmly believes that marriage is a human right and not a heterosexual privilege. Through this activity we provided a venue for students to experience marriage without discrimination. We congratulate all the couples we've wed through the Babaylan ritual, gay and straight alike, may you continue to honor love as a universal right. Kasal-kasalan will be a legacy of UPLB Babaylan and we will continue on holding this rituals until we have marriage equality in the Philippines.

Beginnings

Beginnings
It was on July 6, 2009 when 41 individuals gathered at the Humanities Steps and marked the establishment of UPLB Babaylan, a gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) students' support group which believes in the inherent equality of all persons regardless of status or condition. For the organization, this inherent equality implies that human beings should not be discriminated against on the basis of their sexual orientation.
